I forbindelse med udsendelse af HAUT's nyhedsbrev, behandler vi personoplysninger om dig, som modtager. Her kan du finde den information om behandlingen, som vi skal give dig ifølge databeskyttelsesforordningen ("GDPR").

2. HVILKE OPLYSNINGER BEHANDLER HAUT?

Vi behandler oplysninger om din e-mailadresse, som du oplyser os, når du tilmelder dig nyhedsbrevet.

3. HVAD ER HAUTS FORMÅL OG BEHANDLINGSGRUNDLAG?

Formålet med behandlingen af personoplysninger om dig er at sende dig vores nyhedsbrev, som indeholder markedsføringsmateriale, samt dokumentere, at du har samtykket til at modtage nyhedsbreve fra os.

Vi behandler personoplysninger om dig baseret på vores legitime interesse i at sende dig nyhedsbrevet samt dokumentere, at du har tilmeldt dig nyhedsbrevet, jf. artikel 6, stk. 1, litra f, i GDPR.

Da nyhedsbrevet er elektronisk markedsføringsmateriale, indhenter vi permission efter markedsføringslovens § 10. Det gør vi, når du tilmelder dig nyhedsbrevet. Du kan altid framelde dig nyhedsbrevet ved at klikke på "Afmeld nyhedsbrev[MS2] " nederst i et modtaget nyhedsbrev.

4. MODTAGERE AF PERSONOPLYSNINGERNE

I forbindelse med udsendelse af nyhedsbreve benytter HAUT databehandlere til brug for nyhedsbrevsservice og it. Databehandlere behandler udelukkende oplysningerne på vores vegne og må ikke anvende dem til egne formål.

Vi kan desuden dele oplysningerne med relevante offentlige myndigheder, herunder med henblik på dokumentation af, at vi overholder bl.a. markedsføringsloven.

5. HVOR LÆNGE OPBEVARER HAUT PERSONOPLYSNINGERNE?

Vi opbevarer oplysningerne om dig, så længe du er tilmeldt nyhedsbrevet.

Når du tilmelder dig vores nyhedsbreve, indsamler og behandler vi som minimum følgende oplysninger om dig: Den e-mailadresse, som du har indtastet.

Herudover vil det fremgå ved tilmelding om hvorvidt vi indsamler og behandler yderligere oplysninger om dig, for eksempel:

De indsamlede oplysninger anvendes udelukkende til udsendelse af nyhedsbreve. Vi benytter MailChimp til indsamling og opbevaring af mailadresser, samt udsendelse af nyhedsmails. Når du tilmelder dig vores nyhedsservice, giver du samtidig tilladelse til, at dine oplysninger overføres til MailChimp og behandles efter MailChimps privatlivspolitik.

6. OVERFØRSLER TIL TREDJELANDE

Vi overfører i nogle tilfælde personoplysninger til the Rocket Science Group LLC (MailChimp) i USA. Overførselsgrundlaget er EU-Kommissionens standardkontrakter for overførsel til tredjelande. Du er velkommen til at kontakte os for en kopi af den indgåede aftale.

7. DINE RETTIGHEDER OG KONTAKT TIL OS

Hvis du ønsker at gøre brug af nedenstående rettigheder, skal du kontakte os via kontaktoplysningerne ovenfor.

Ret til indsigt.
Du har ret til at få indsigt i de personoplysninger, vi behandler om dig, samt en række yderligere oplysninger. Adgangen til indsigt må dog ikke krænke andres rettigheder og frihedsrettigheder.

Ret til berigtigelse.
Du har ret til at få urigtige oplysninger om dig berigtiget, ligesom du, under hensyntagen til formålene med behandlingen, har ret til at få fuldstændiggjort ufuldstændige personoplysninger.

Ret til sletning.
I særlige tilfælde har du ret til at få slettet oplysninger om dig tidligere end tidspunktet for vores almindelige sletning.

Ret til begrænsning af behandling.
Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at få behandlingen af personoplysninger om dig begrænset. Hvis du har ret til at få begrænset behandlingen, må vi fremover kun behandle oplysningerne – bortset fra opbevaring – med dit samtykke, eller med henblik på at retskrav kan fastlægges, gøres gældende eller forsvares, eller for at beskytte en person eller vigtige samfundsinteresser.

Ret til indsigelse.
Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at gøre indsigelse mod vores ellers lovlige behandling af personoplysninger om dig, når vi behandler oplysninger med hjemmel i vores legitime interesser.

HAUT PRIVACY POLICY FOR NEWSLETTER RECIPIENTS

This Privacy Policy describes how we process your personal data as a recipient of HAUT’s newsletter, following our obligations to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. WHAT INFORMATION DOES HAUT PROCESS?

We process information about the e-mail address you provided us with when you subscribed to our newsletter.

3. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE AND THE BASIS OF HAUT’S DATA PROCESSING?

The purpose of processing your personal data is both to send you our newsletter, which contains marketing material, and to document that you have consented to receive newsletters from us.

We process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in sending you the newsletter and documenting your subscription according to our obligations under Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR.

As the newsletter constitutes electronic marketing material, we are obliged to seek permission in accordance with § 10 of the Danish Commercial Practices Act. We do this when you subscribe to the newsletter. You are free to unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletters you receive.

4. RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

Sending out our newsletters, HAUT uses data processors related to distribution and IT. These data processors do no more than process the information on our behalf, and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes. 

We may also share the information with relevant public authorities – for example, in order to document our compliance with Denmark’s Commercial Practices Act.

5. HOW LONG DOES HAUT KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information for as long as you continue to subscribe to our newsletter.

When you subscribe to our newsletters, we collect and process, at a minimum, the following information about you: the e-mail address that you entered.

On registration, we will further indicate whether we collect and process additional information about you. This might include:
First name
Surname               

The data collected is used exclusively for sending newsletters.  We use MailChimp to collect and store email addresses and to send newsletters. When you subscribe to our newsletters, you authorise your data to be transferred to MailChimp and processed in accordance with MailChimp’s privacy policy.

6. TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES

In some cases, we transfer personal data to the Rocket Science Group LLC (MailChimp) in the USA. The transfer basis conforms to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for transfers to third countries. You are welcome to contact us for a copy of this agreement.

Right of access.
You have the right to access the personal data we process about you together with a large range of additional information. This access must not, however, violate the rights and freedoms of others.

Right to rectification.
You have the right to have any inaccurate data about you corrected; taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

Right to deletion.
In specific cases, it is your right to have data concerning you deleted earlier than it would normally be deleted.

Right to the restriction of processing.
In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you seek to assert this right, we will subsequently only process your data, excluding storage, with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.

Right to object.
In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to our otherwise legal processing of your personal data when we process data based on our legitimate interests.

8. COMPLAINTS TO THE DATA PROTECTION AGENCY
