At this AN HOUR WITH, we invite you to meet artist Alma Söderberg, who will share insights about her artistic practice. Söderberg is currently immersed in a 3 weeks IN DEPTH residency at HAUT, where she focus on a research she calls "Infinite Study". A study where she is pulling things apart that are normally done all together in her practice; writing and musicmaking in order to give more time to each thing and develop new knowledge about those expressions. 


ABOUT THE ARTIST

Alma Söderberg (she/her) is a choreographer and performer that works with music and dance. She uses her voice and body to play space as if it was an instrument. Her ongoing research deals with how we listen as we look; the relation between the ear and the eye. Read more at www.almasoderberg.se

An hour of informal conversation, which provides space for short or intense immersion in an artistry or an artistic practice. It is an opportunity to meet artists in an informal setting and gain insight into knowledge that is usually only available to the people who are part of the work process.
